Under Dr. Jacquie’s leadership, RTV has developed 12 nationally recognized curricula that seamlessly integrate social-emotional learning, life-skills development, and academic support. Holding a Doctorate and Master’s in Education, with a focus on conflict resolution and curriculum design, as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Dr. Jacquie is well-equipped with the academic and practical knowledge needed to lead in her field.
