Founded in 1994 by Dr. Jacqueline Del Rosario, our mission revolves around Helping People Dream Again. Through transformative programs, mentorship, and community engagement, we aim to inspire individuals, create strong family bonds, and provide comprehensive support that addresses the diverse challenges faced by our communities.

RTV offers a suite of holistic, flexible and culturally-tailored intervention programs that can be seamlessly implemented by school districts, churches, community centers, after-school programs, summer camps and other organizations.
